Condo is in Orlando, Florida.
Not only check with the condo association about being allowed to have the hardwood floors, But check with the original builder of the building.
Most likely, the existing floor weighs about the same as hardwood, but that greatly depends on the type of wood you're planning on using.
Worst case, get some of the fake wood flooring. It'll look the same, and you won't have to worry about the weight or the noise.
What do you mean by weight limit? You might ask your condo association if you are aloud hardwood floors. The reason, because some associations limit hardwood floors due to noise for neighbors below them.
